Request for Qualifications - New York Loves Nano

A group of partners (the consortium), consisting of economic development organizations (EDOs) located in Upstate New York is requesting qualifications from firms to act as a third party facilitator for the New York Loves Nanotech (NYLN) strategic marketing initiative. For consideration, you must submit a response to the attached Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Please note the schedule and deadline.

As a point of clarification, National Grid is not seeking a contractual relationship related to this request, but acting as a convener on behalf of the consortium.
